I recently saw a PowerPoint from the other side, and was impressed by the quality of their storytelling, graphics, and persuasion. It's almost as if they had carefully studied my book Beyond Bullet Points, and applied everything I wrote to their slides. 

My book has been out 19 years in 4 editions, so I wouldn't be surprised if they had finally gotten around to applying the principles to their slides. And it was to powerful effect, from what I could see.

That raises the bar for plaintiffs' attorneys, and what you and your team need to do to reach today's jurors.
