The Group Sync Launch Kit
Everything You Need to Form Your Group and Start Sharing the Load.
The Group Sync Launch Kit is our flagship product that gives you a complete and easy-to-use system to find your people, set the container, and start syncing within a week.
What's inside the kit
The Group Sync Launch Kit is a step-by-step system that walks you through forming a group of 5-7 people and running your first 8 weeks of sync sessions. Everything is designed so you don’t have to figure anything out on your own.
1. The Invitation Initiator
A complete toolkit for finding your people: four invitation strategies (Friend Group, Find One, Piggyback, AI-assisted), customizable templates for email, text, verbal, and video invitations, plus a shareable Invitation Page your potential members can visit to learn more.
Why it matters: Finding people is the #1 barrier. This removes it.
2. The Container Creator
A one-page Pre-Agreement template that every member signs before the first session, plus the script for onboarding new members. The agreement covers: show up reliably, keep it confidential, listen without advising, commit for 8 weeks, and check in at the end.
Why it matters: The Pre-Agreement is what turns willing people into a safe, reliable group.
3. The Pod Protocol Card Deck
A 6-card deck that runs every session. Print, cut, and go. Each card tells the person holding it exactly what to say. Card 1 opens with breathing. Cards 2-5 guide the group through a check-in, a gratitude, something they’re carrying, and a check-out. Card 6 closes with breathing.
Why it matters: The cards are why you don’t need a facilitator. The structure does the facilitating.
4. The First Session Orientation
A one-page flyer to share with your members before Day 1. It walks them through exactly what will happen in the session, how the cards and ball work, and a set of “What If” answers for common first-session concerns.
Why it matters: When people know what to expect, they relax. Relaxed people sync faster.
5. The Sync Supporter
A guide for supporting your group through the full 8 weeks, including what to expect each week, how to use the built-in one-word check-in as a progress tracker, and an optional weekly reflection. Plus, each member can sign up for a free Welcome Kit with a “What to Expect” guide and a weekly support email series.
Why it matters: Groups that feel supported keep showing up. Consistency is the medicine.
6. The 8-Week Decision Point Script
A facilitated conversation guide for your group’s final session. Three steps: acknowledge what you’ve built, do an honest check-in on whether to continue, and decide together. Includes guidance for all three outcomes — continue, partially continue, or close with gratitude.
Why it matters: The decision point is the most important conversation your group will have. This gives it structure.
What Happens Over 8 Weeks
Group sync is not a single event — it’s a practice. Here’s what the arc typically looks like:
Weeks 1-2: Awkward at first. Getting used to the format. The breathing feels unfamiliar. The ball-tossing feels self-conscious. This is normal.
Weeks 3-4: Trust begins to grow. Threat mode starts to soften. Your body begins to relax before anyone speaks.
Weeks 5-6: You can count on the group. You begin to bond. The sessions start to feel like a place, not a meeting.
Weeks 7-8: Changes ripple into life outside the group. Better sleep. Less reactivity. Clearer thinking. Not because anyone gave you advice, but because your system is finally sharing the load.
The Format
- 5-7 people in a circle
- 25 minutes per session
- Twice a week
- 8 weeks (16 sessions total)
- In person, in a private room with no interruptions
- No technology needed — just printed cards and a soft ball to toss
At the 8-week mark, the group checks in and decides together whether to continue. No long-term commitment. You’re trying it for 8 weeks to see what happens.
Common Questions
“What is group sync?”
“Why 5-7 people?”
“Why 8 weeks?”
“Can we meet by Zoom?”
“Do I need to buy or learn any new technology?”
“What if I don’t have 5-7 people?”
“What if someone drops out?”
“Is this therapy?”
Your nervous system has been carrying the load alone long enough.
